Derrimut 24:7 will cover all shipping costs for Australian residents on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will incur a flat rate of $9.95. We do not currently ship outside of Australia. 


Once your order has been placed: 

  1. You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed. 
  2. When goods are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped. 
  3. Goods shall be packaged in a discreet manner which shall prevent product damage during transit. 
  4. All goods are generally dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order.


Delivery times provided by us are estimates only. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. To ensure prompt delivery, please make sure you enter the correct delivery address. If there may not be anyone at your address at the time of delivery, it may be beneficial to use your place of employment instead of home. We will not be held responsible for customers incorrectly entering delivery addresses. 

As a rough guide, please allow the following time to receive your order:

  • Melb/Syd/Adel: 2-3 business days
  • Hobart/Brisbane: 3-5 business days 
  • Darwin/Perth: 4-6 business days


Damaged and/or Incorrect Items: We package your items so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. However, due to your package going through many hands once it leaves our warehouse, the products may shift causing unintentional damage during transit. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not dispose of the item(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection may be required by the carriers. If possible, take a photo and contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange to replace or swap the item(s) over. Importantly, it is always the customers responsibility to review the items received prior to their opening. 

Change of mind: Any un-opened item(s) in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within reason. Simply send the item(s) back to us within 3 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your item(s). If you change your mind about an ordered item then the item will need to be returned to us, unopened, unused and in its’ original condition, at your own expense. 

All goods returned to us will be inspected upon their return and in the case of any faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at our expense or a refund issued. Any opened goods will not be refunded, unless there is a problem with product quality. 

In these circumstances, when we can identify a problem, we will give a full refund or exchange of the item.
